
CINCINNATI, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Matt Kemp hit a three-run homer and Manny Ramirez a two-run homer Saturday to power the Los Angeles Dodgers to an 11-4 win over Cincinnati.
Juan Pierre and Rafael Furcal each had at least two hits, two runs scored and two RBI for the Dodgers, who have won three of four. Orlando Hudson had a solo homer for LA.
Dodgers starter Charlie Haeger lasted 2 1/3 innings and gave up four runs on as many hits. Jeff Weaver (6-4) got the win after pitching 3 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.
Paul Janish had a two-run homer and Craig Tatum a solo homer for the Reds. Brandon Phillips was 3-for-4 with an RBI for Cincy. Matt Maloney (0-3), making his fourth career start following his recall from Triple-A Louisville before the game, gave up five runs on eight hits in six innings.
