Attorney William Cornwell told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette the two-dozen e-mail and 150 instant messages released Tuesday proved there was no rape.

The woman's attorney had no immediate comment.

The Post-Gazette said Roethlisberger, who is being sued in a Nevada civil court, has been firing back at the plaintiff's mental state and reliability
