MLB: Texas 7, Boston 2

ARLINGTON, Texas, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Julio Borbon went 4-for-5 with two RBI, a pair of runs scored and four stolen bases Saturday to lead the Texas Rangers to a 7-2 win over Boston.

Borbon, the team's first-round pick in the 2007 draft, had just three hits and one stolen base in five games going into Saturday.

Josh Hamilton had two RBI, and Ian Kinsler homered for the Rangers, who stole a franchise-best eight bases en route to their sixth win in nine games.

Derek Holland (6-7) scattered seven hits and a pair of runs over 6 2/3 innings to pick up the win for Texas.

Jason Bay and Victor Martinez each homered for the Red Sox, who lost for the eighth time in 12 games. Brad Penny (7-7) gave up four runs and eight hits in 5 2/3 innings.
