Tommie Harris' wife dies

SANDY, Utah, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Pat Onstad and Nick Ramando faced a combined 21 shots Saturday and turned away all of them in an 0-0 tie between Houston and Real Salt Lake.
Salt Lake did by far the most attacking in a physical match that included two ejections.
Onstad saw 17 shots in Houston's goal and managed to produce his league-leading ninth shutout.
It was the sixth tie of the year for Houston, which began the game seven points in front of Los Angeles in the battle for the lead in the Western Conference.
Houston's Andrew Hainault and Salt Lake's Clint Mathis were both kicked out of the game in the first half for picking up their second yellow cards.
