PITTSFORD, N.Y., Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Terrell Owens' sore toe likely will keep the wide receiver out of the Buffalo Bills' pre-season game against the Chicago Bears Saturday night.

Owens has missed practice all week because of the sprained toe and is listed as day-to-day. Coach Dick Jauron said on the NFL team's Web site the injury is healing.

Owens caught two passes for 27 yards against Tennessee last weekend and reported afterward that his toe was sore.

The Bills picked up the receiver after he was released by Dallas.
