MLB: Toronto 5, New York Yankees 4

NEW YORK, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- Lyle Overbay hit a tiebreaking solo homer in the fifth inning Monday to help the Toronto Blue Jays post a 5-4 win over the New York Yankees.

Aaron Hill also homered for the Blue Jays, who have won three in a row.

Marc Rzepczynski lasted just 3 1/3 innings in the start for the Blue Jays, allowing four runs on seven hits, including three homers. Shawn Camp (1-5) earned the win with 2 2/3 innings of relief.

Robinson Cano and Jerry Hairston Jr. hit back-to-back homers for the AL East- leading Yankees. Derek Jeter also homered for New York, which lost for the first time in eight games, and for just the sixth time in its last 24 games.

Yankees starter Sergio Mitre (1-1) was charged with five runs and six hits in five innings.
