FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Jovan Kirovski's goal in the 52nd minute Saturday led the Los Angeles Galaxy to a 2-1 Major League Soccer win over New England.
Kirovski's second goal this season beat New England netminder Matt Reis.
Earlier, Landon Donovan scored his ninth in the 21st minute, and the Galaxy (7-3-10) went on to beat the Revolution at Foxborough for the first time in a decade.
Los Angeles won for the fifth time in its last six and extended its unbeaten streak to six straight contests.
The Revolution (6-6-6) lost for just the second time at home this season.
Steve Ralston scored the team's goal on a penalty kick in the 83rd minute.
The Revolution could have earned at least one point in the last 10 minutes when Kenny Mansally drew a foul in the 82nd minute, but could not convert.
