Harrington leads Woods by three shots

AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Padraig Harrington of Ireland posted a 3-under 67 Saturday to take a three-stroke lead after three rounds of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.

Harrington, a three-time major champion, completed 54 holes at 10-under-par 200 for his third 54-hole lead on the PGA Tour. He won one of the previous two chances when leading after three rounds.

Six-time winner Tiger Woods had the low round of the day with a 5-under 65. He finished three rounds at 7-under 203. Woods, the world's No. 1 player, won this golf tournament three straight years, from 1999 to 2001, and again from 2005 to 2007.

Jerry Kelly (69) and Tim Clark (71) share third place at 5-under 205. British Open champion Stewart Cink (68) moved into a share of fifth place at 206 with nine other players.

Phil Mickelson (75), who had two double-bogeys and three bogeys in his round, dropped into a share of 53rd at 4-over 214.
