ISTANBUL, Turkey, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Russia's Vera Dushevina needed just 41 minutes to rout Lucie Hradecka and win the Istanbul Cup in Turkey Sunday -- her first championship on the WTA Tour.
Dushevina, seeded fifth, breezed to a 6-0, 6-1 victory over the eighth-seeded Czech.
Hradecka has not yet won an event on the tour.
Dushevina had lost in her three previous finals matches.
