CLEVELAND, Aug. 1 (UPI) -- Ryan Raburn singled in a run in the 12th inning Saturday to hand the Detroit Tigers a 4-3 win over the Cleveland Indians.
Raburn and Miguel Cabrera each had three hits for the Tigers, who had lost four of their previous five games.
Rick Porcello, who had given up five or more runs in each of his last four starts, allowed just one run on four hits and a walk in a career-high eight innings. Bobby Seay (2-2) earned the win with a scoreless 11th inning and Zach Miner got his first save despite allowing a run in the 12th.
Jhonny Peralta, who came into the game with 15 RBI in his last nine games, drove in two runs for the Indians.
Jeremy Sowers, one start removed from seven scoreless innings against Seattle, gave up two runs on four hits and four walks in six innings.
Jose Veras (4-2) was charged with the loss.
