SEVILLE, Spain, Aug. 1 (UPI) -- Alessandro Del Piero set up goals early in each half sending Juventus to a 2-1 win over Real Madrid and into Sunday's finals of the Peace Cup tournament.

Juventus will face off against Aston Villa in the tournament final in Seville. Aston Villa defeated Porto of Portugal, also 2-1, in its semifinal.

Del Piero used a free kick to set up a header by Fabio Cannavaro for the lead on Real Madrid three minutes into Friday's game. Cristiano Ronaldo converted a penalty kick at the 40-minute mark that tied the score after Raul Gonzalez was tackled in the box.

About four minutes into the second half Hasan Salihamidzic redirected a left-side corner kick from Del Piero from near the left post to the right corner of the net for the 2-1 lead.

Real Madrid's best chance the rest of the game came immediately afterward when Ronaldo fed Raul but his try on goal hit the post.

Aston Villa got first-half goals from Emile Heskey and Steve Sidwell and was able to hold on despite a late score by Porto's Givanildo Vieira de Souza, better known in soccer circles as Hulk.
