Bellucci, who got into the main draw as a qualifier, beat third-seeded Russian Igor Andreev, 6-4, 7-5. A victory Sunday would give the 21-year-old Brazilian his first career title.
Beck, 23, who had never before reached a semifinal, defeated Brazil's Marcos Daniel, 7-6, (7-3), 6-3.
In the only previous meeting between Bellucci and Beck, in Tunisia, Bellucci won in three sets.
