Webster, Storm co-leaders at Silesia Open

CELADNA, Czech Republic, July 31 (UPI) -- Englishmen Steve Webster and Graeme Storm share the 36-hole lead at Moravia Silesia Open in Celadna, Czech Republic.

The inaugural European Tour tournament is being played at the Prosper Golf Resort and is the first in the Czech Republic since 1997.

Storm shot 4-under-par 68 in Friday's second round, while Webster shot 2-under 70.

Their total, 8-under 136, is one-stroke better than compatriots John Bickerton (71) and Sam Little (67), Robert-Jan Derksen (70) and Maarten Lafeber (68) of Netherlands and Spain's Ignacio Garrido (70), all at 7-under 137, tied for third.

"It is nice here," Storm said. "The weather is fantastic and we are getting some spectators."

The impetus for Storm being a co-leader was birdies at the 11th, 13th, 14th and 16th holes.

Webster was tied for second with Bickerton after Thursday's first round and only a par at 18 Friday kept him from the outright lead.
