
SEATTLE, July 28 (UPI) -- Rod Barajas had three hits, including a solo homer, drove in two and scored three runs Monday in the Toronto Blue Jays 11-4 win over Seattle.
Scott Rolen had three RBI, Marco Scutaro had four hits, one RBI and a run scored, and Lyle Overbay hit a solo homer for Toronto, which won its second straight game after losing three straight.
Ricky Romero (9-4) gave up four runs on 10 hits with three strikeouts over six innings to get the victory.
Chris Shelton had two hits and two RBI, Ichiro Suzuki had three hits and scored twice, and Franklin Gutierrez and Rob Johnson had an RBI apiece for the Mariners, who lost their fourth straight game.
Felix Hernandez (11-4) took the loss -- his first since May 19 -- after allowing a season-high seven runs on 11 hits over 5 2/3 innings.
