TORONTO, July 23 (UPI) -- Shin-Soo Choo hit a key two-run triple Thursday, helping Cleveland edge Toronto 5-4.
Soo Choo's only hit broke a 1-1 tie with one out in the top of the fifth following an error by Jose Bautista.
Ben Francisco, Victor Martinez and Chris Gimenez each had one RBI for the Indians, who mustered just six hits but won for the second time in the three-game series.
Winner David Huff (5-4) gave up four runs and eighth his in 7 2/3 innings.
Closer Kerry Wood earned his 13th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
Toronto's Kevin Millar had two hits -- one a solo homer -- and two RBI.
Aaron Hill added a two-run homer for the Blue Jays.
The losing pitcher was starter Marc Rzepczynski (1-2).
