MLB: LA Angels at Kansas City, ppd, rain

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 20 (UPI) -- Monday's series opener between the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Kansas City Royals was postponed due to rain.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader Tuesday starting at 5:10 p.m. EDT.

Ervin Santana (2-5) will pitch the opener for the Angels against Sidney Ponson (1-5). Sean O'Sullivan (2-0) will start the second game with KC going with Bruce Chen (0-4).
