TORONTO, July 19 (UPI) -- Roy Halladay hurled a complete-game six-hitter Sunday, pacing Toronto's 3-1 win over Boston.
Rod Barajas knocked in Toronto runs with a two-run, second-inning double and a sacrifice fly in the sixth.
Halladay (11-3) threw 105 pitches with no walks and seven strikeouts in what could have been his final start in a Toronto uniform.
Recent rumors have said the Blue Jays will deal him before the July 31 trade deadline and Sunday's win was his first in six weeks.
Barajas and Alex Rios had two hits apiece for the Blue Jays, who won twice in the three-game series.
Boston's run scored on a first-inning sacrifice fly by David Ortiz.
Kevin Youkilis and Dustin Pedroia had two hits each for the Red Sox, who have lost two in a row following a four-game losing streak.
The losing pitcher was starter Jon Lester (8-7).
