FOXBOROUGH, Mass., July 11 (UPI) -- Stuart Holden scored in extra time Saturday to help the United States tie 2-2 with Haiti in the CONCACAF Gold Cup soccer.

Davy Arnaud also scored for the United States, which finished first in Group B. The Americans play in the quarterfinals July 18 in Philadelphia against an opponent yet to be determined.

Haiti surprised the United States with two goals in the first four minutes of the second half and trailed until Holden unleashed a 28-yard kick into the upper-right corner deep into stoppage time.
