Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

HOUSTON, July 9 (UPI) -- Nyjer Morgan scored the game-winner on an error Thursday and the Washington Nationals edged Houston 11-10 in 11 innings.
The contest -- originally played at Washington's Nationals Park May 5 but suspended by rain with one out in the bottom of the 11th -- was finished before Thursday's regularly scheduled game at Houston's Minute Maid Park.
Morgan scored on Miguel Tejada's errant throw to first base on Josh Bard's fielder's choice grounder with one out in the bottom of the 11th.
Morgan was not with Washington when the contest started and the winner, Joel Hanrahan (1-3), was dealt to Pittsburgh in a trade involving both players June 30.
The loser was closer LaTroy Hawkins (0-1).
