KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 5 (UPI) -- Miguel Olivo whacked a two-run home run for Kansas City Sunday, helping the Royals down the Chicago White Sox 6-3.
David DeJesus and Willie Bloomquist each contributed three hits and an RBI for Kansas City.

Brian Bannister (6-6) got his first win in his last four starts, allowing two runs and five hits in six innings.
Jermaine Dye hit a solo homer for the White Sox, who lost their second straight game after winning seven in a row.
Loser Clayton Richard (3-2) gave up four runs and eight hits in 3 2/3 innings.
