MIAMI, July 1 (UPI) -- Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth tested positive for marijuana following a fatal traffic accident in Miami, the Miami Herald reported Wednesday.

The newspaper said law enforcement sources reported that a trace of pot turned up in blood tests that have not yet been released to the public.

Stallworth is serving a one-month jail sentence for DUI manslaughter after running over 59-year-old Mario Reyes on the MacArthur Causeway in March. Prosecutors said Stallworth's blood-alcohol level at the time was .126, well above Florida's legal limit.

The Herald said a court hearing was scheduled Thursday on whether or not to release the test results as well as video surveillance footage of the accident.
