MILWAUKEE, June 25 (UPI) -- Joe Mauer had two hits and one RBI Thursday, helping the Minnesota Twins to a 6-4 inter-league victory against Milwaukee.

Mauer's RBI double gave Minnesota a 6-3 lead with no outs in the top of the seventh. Joe Crede's solo homer, his only hit, with two outs in the sixth proved to be the game-winner.

Brendan Harris had two hits and one RBI and a run scored on Jason Kendall's seventh-inning passed ball for the Twins, who won twice in the three-game series.

Winner Scott Baker (5-6) surrendered three earned runs and four hits in six innings with three walks and five strikeouts.

Closer Joe Nathan earned his 17th save.

Milwaukee's Casey McGehee hit a two-run sixth-inning homer and Prince Fielder followed with a solo shot. Ryan Braun also hit a solo homer, while Fielder had two of the five hits for the Brewers, who have lost five of six.

The losing pitcher was starter Mike Burns (0-1).
