SAN FRANCISCO, June 21 (UPI) -- Randy Winn's seventh-inning single drove in the winning run for the San Francisco Giants Sunday in their 3-2 victory over the Texas Rangers.

Winn's base hit to right brought in Aaron Rowland, who had singled with two outs and then advanced to third when Edgar Renteria singled.

Barry Zito (4-7) picked up the win, giving up two runs on two hits over seven innings. Zito struck out eight, walked four and had a no-hitter going through six innings.

Kevin Millwood (7-5) took the loss despite striking out 10 Giants. He gave up three runs on eight hits over seven innings.

Andruw Jones drove in both Texas runs with a home run in the seventh that tied the game 2-2.

San Francisco scored a pair of runs in the third to take a 2-0 lead. Rowand, who had two hits and scored twice in the contest, led off with a triple. Winn's infield single put runners at the corners. After Pablo Sandoval walked to load the bases, Travis Ishikawa grounded into a potential double play, but Elvis Andus' bad throw allowed Rowand and Winn to race home.
