Cano led the Yankees with three hits and three RBI. Johnny Damon had two hits and three RBI. Derek Jeter had four hits and two RBI.

Melky Cabrera had two hits and two RBI, while Nick Swisher and Alex Rodriguez were the only batters without an RBI for the Yankees, who won two of three in the "Subway Series."

Garry Sheffield had two of the six hits for the Mets, who suffered the worst losing margin ever in the series.
