ARLINGTON, Texas, June 14 (UPI) -- Matt Kemp's two-run homer Saturday led the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 3-1 inter-league win over the Texas Rangers.
Kemp's second hit of the contest, and eighth home run this season, snapped a 1-1 tie with two outs in the top of the seventh inning.
Rafael Furcal had one RBI and Orlando Hudson added two hits for the Dodgers, who have split their last four games.
The winner was reliever Cory Wade (2-3) after starter Randy Wolf gave up two hits in five scoreless innings.
Closer Jonathan Broxton, the last of five pitchers, earned his 15th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
Texas scored its run on a sixth-inning homer by Andruw Jones. Jarrod Saltalamacchia had two of the six hits for the Rangers, who had won two in a row.
The losing pitcher was reliever Jason Grilli (0-1).
The contest was delayed 99 minutes in the bottom of the fifth by a power outage.
