LOS ANGELES, June 11 (UPI) -- Kevin Corriea and three relievers limited Los Angeles to five hits Wednesday, carrying San Diego to a 3-1 victory over the Dodgers.
Neither team scored during the final six innings in a well-pitched game that saw Los Angeles lose to a fellow-Western Division foe for just the 10th time in 36 games this season.
Corriea (3-4) allowed a run on three hits over six innings, striking out four and walking none.
Heath Bell worked the ninth for his 18th save. He allowed a lead-off single to James Loney, but Casey Blake promptly bounced into a double play.
San Diego scored twice in the first off Clayton Kershaw (3-5). Tony Gwynn and David Eckstein opened the inning with singles and Adrian Gonzalez walked to load the bases.
Kevin Kouzmanoff's infield single drove in one run and a fielder's choice grounder by Edgar Gonzalez accounted for the other.
A ground-rule double by Kouzmanoff in the third and a base hit by Chase Headley produced the final San Diego run.
