
SPRINGFIELD, Ill., June 5 (UPI) -- Se Ri Pak, seeking the 25th LPGA Tour victory in her Hall of Fame career, maintained a share of the lead Friday after two rounds of the State Farm Classic.
Pak, who gained entry into the Hall of Fame with the most recent of her victories two years ago, shot a 4-under 68 over the Panther Creek Country Club Course for a 36-hole total of 134.
After one round, Pak was tied with Jee Young Lee for the lead. After the second round, however, it was Suzann Pettersen who was tied for the top after shooting a 66.
Lee dropped a shot out of the lead, tied for third at 135 with Kristy McPherson, Helen Alfredsson, Moria Dunn and Kris Tamulis, whose 68 equaled her lowest round of the year.
Michelle Wie, seeking her first tour victory in her first year as an LPGA member, was tied for 16th at 138 following a 68.
Pak has played 36 holes without making a bogey.
