Price leads Principal Charity Classic

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, May 30 (UPI) -- Nick Price posted a four-under 67 Saturday to take a one-stroke lead after two rounds of the seniors Principal Charity Classic in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Price finished 36 holes at 7-under-par 135. Joey Sindelar (67) and Mark Wiebe (68) were tied for second at 136 and Fred Funk (69) and Mark McNulty (69) were tied for fourth at 5-under 137.

Price, an 18-time winner on the PGA Tour, earned his first Champions Tour victory this season at the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am in April.
