CLEVELAND, May 28 (UPI) -- Ben Francisco's three-run homer ignited a Cleveland rally Wednesday and the Indians survived a long rain delay to defeat Tampa Bay 12-7.

Tampa Bay lost its fourth straight and has suffered 16 consecutive setbacks in Cleveland.

The Rays scored five times in the first inning in a game delayed for two hours by rain, but the Indians came back with five of their own in the second.

Francisco's homer brought the Indians within one and they tied the game on an RBI single by Grady Sizemore.

Cleveland went in front with a three-run third inning. The Indians got their runs on consecutive singles from Francisco, Jamey Carroll and Asdrubal Cabrera.

Greg Aquino (1-0) collected his first win of the season and just the third of his career by working two innings of relief. Luis Vizcaino allowed a hit over the final three innings to pick up his first save.

Tampa Bay starter Andy Sonnanstine (3-5) was roughed up for eight runs on nine hits in three innings.
