SEATTLE, May 24 (UPI) -- Jose Uribe had two hits and three RBI Saturday to fuel the San Francisco Giants' 5-1 win over the Seattle Mariners.

One of his hits was a three-run double in San Francisco's five-run eighth inning.

Fred Lewis had two hits -- one a two-run homer -- while both Pablo Sandoval and Randy Winn also had two hits for the Giants, who averted a four-game losing streak.

Winner Matt Cain (5-1) gave up a run and 10 hits in a complete game with no walks and seven strikeouts.

Seattle's run scored on Adrian Beltre's third-inning RBI ground out.

Franklin Gutierrez, Russell Branyan and Ichiro Suzuki all had two hits for the Mariners, who have split their last four games.

The losing pitcher was reliever Mark Lowe (0-2).

Seattle starter Garrett Olson gave up four hits in six scoreless innings.
