Tommie Harris' wife dies

CARSON, Calif., May 17 (UPI) -- Two late scores by Luciano Emilio and Santino Quaranta helped D.C. United earn a 2-2 tie with Chivas USA Saturday.
The performance was typical: United has scored seven of it 17 goals in the final 15 minutes of matches.
Chivas dominated the first two thirds of the game with goals from Maykel Galindo and Eduardo Lillingston.
Galindo's goal was controversial. The Cuban striker appeared to be offside but there was no call before Galindo went in for the score.
D.C. United (3-1-6) returns to action next Saturday hosting Real Salt Lake. Chivas USA (7-1-2) travels to Kansas City the same day.
