ARLINGTON, Texas, May 17 (UPI) -- Scott Feldman and three relievers combined on a five-hit shutout Sunday, leading the Texas Rangers to a 3-0 win over the Los Angeles Angels.

Sunday's victory capped a three-game Texas sweep.

The Rangers are 6

2 in their last eight series.

Feldman scattered four hits over six scoreless innings, but was not the winner because the contest was scoreless when he was replaced by Jason Jennings (1-1) at the start of the top of the seventh.

Eddie Guardado hurled two-thirds of an inning, while Darren O'Day earned his first save by fanning two of the four batters he faced.

Three Texas players had one RBI and six had one hit.

Mike Napoli had two of the five hits for the Angels, who have lost three straight after winning six of seven.

Losing pitcher Jered Weaver (3-2) surrendered three earned runs and six hits with three walks and seven strikeouts in a route-going effort.
