PITTSBURGH, May 17 (UPI) -- Nate McLouth posted four RBI for the Pittsburgh Pirates, who erupted for 10 runs in the seventh inning Sunday to crush the Colorado Rockies 11-4.
McLouth homered and doubled and Andy LaRoche had a two-run double for the Pirates, who have won four of their last six games.
Starter Zach Duke (5-3) worked seven innings to pick up the win, allowing four runs and six hits.
Mat Murton and Brad Hawpe each drove in a run for Colorado, which has dropped four of five contests.
Alan Embree (1-2), one of three Rockies relievers to face the seventh-inning onslaught by Pittsburgh, was the loser.
