ARLINGTON, Texas, May 13 (UPI) -- Hank Blalock's two-run double with one out in the 11th inning Wednesday gave Texas a 6-5 victory over Seattle.

The Rangers did not lead all night until Blalock hit a ball deep to center that allowed Michael Young to score from second and Josh Hamilton to come in all the way from first.

Texas won for the ninth time in 11 games.

Seattle took a 5-4 lead in the top of the inning with an unearned run off C.J. Wilson. Adrian Beltre reached to open the inning on Young's throwing error from third base and Russell Branyan then sacrificed Beltre to second.

Wladimir Balentien doubled Beltre home with the go-ahead run, giving the Mariners a chance for what would have been their third victory in 11 outings.

Young, however, atoned for his error with a single to open the bottom of the 11th off Brandon Morrow (0-2). Young stole second and Hamilton drew a walk before Blalock's big hit.

Wilson (2-2), the fourth Texas pitcher, got the win.

Seattle missed a chance to take the lead in the ninth when Ken Griffey, Jr., with runners on first and third, bounced into an inning-ending double play.
