CLEVELAND, May 13 (UPI) -- Cliff Lee and two relievers combined on a seven-hit shutout Wednesday, leading the Cleveland Indians to a 4-0 win over the Chicago White Sox.

Lee (2-5) has struggled following his 2008 CY Young season but Wednesday he outdueled formerly unbeaten Mark Buehrle.

Lee surrendered six hits in seven scoreless innings with one walk and nine strikeouts.

One of three hits for Victor Martinez was a first inning solo homer.

Ryan Garko hit a two-run fourth inning shot and Grady Sizemore hit an RBI single in the fifth.

Rafael Betancourt gave up a hit in the eighth, while closer Kerry Wood pitched a 1-2-3 ninth for the Indians, who won twice in the three-game series.

Alexei Ramirez led Chicago with three of its seven hits.

Scott Podsednik had two hits for the White Sox, who have lost three of four.

Buehrle (5-1) surrendered four earned runs and seven hits in seven innings with one walk and six strikeouts.
