MLB: Florida 3, Cincinnati 2 (14 innings)

MIAMI, May 5 (UPI) -- Ronny Paulino scored on a throwing error in the bottom of the 14th inning Monday and the Florida Marlins pulled out a 3-2 win over Cincinnati.

With the game tied 2-2, Daniel Ray Herrera came on to pitch for the Reds and immediately walked Paulino before Hanley Ramirez touched him for a single. Jorge Cantu -- who was named NL Player of the Week Monday -- hit a grounder to Joey Votto at first, and Votto went to second for the force but Paul Janish's throw back to first was wide of the bag and Paulino came in with the game winner.
