MIAMI, May 5 (UPI) -- Brandon Phillips had three hits, including a homer, and wound up with six RBI Tuesday, fueling the Cincinnati Reds' 7-0 win over Florida.

Edinson Volquez (4-2) gave up three hits and four walks in eight scoreless innings. The 25-year-old Dominican struck out seven in Cincinnati's fourth win in six games.

Jerry Hairston Jr. had two hits and three runs scored, and Joey Votto was 2-for-2 with three walks, two runs scored and an RBI for the Reds.

Chris Volstad (2-1) suffered his first loss of the year. Volstad gave up four runs on seven hits in six innings.
