CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 3 (UPI) -- Sean O'Hair shot a 3-under 69 and won the Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte, N.C., Sunday, his third title on the PGA Tour.

O'Hair escaped with the victory despite bogeys on the final two holes.

"I feel so good," he said, "especially finishing the way I did."

O'Hair carded an overall 11-under 277, for a one-shot edge over Bubba Watson (70) and Lucas Glover (71).

World No. 1 Tiger Woods, who won the Quail Hollow event in 2007, was fourth at 9-under 279 after an even-par 72.

"It was just one of those weird weeks," Woods said. "I didn't really feel comfortable with my swing, especially today."

O'Hair had lost to Woods on the final hole of the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March.

"I thought about it this morning," O'Hair said. "I wanted to be ready to play. I knew I was going to play well enough to have a chance today, and I just wanted to give it a good shot and be in it mentally and hang tough all day."
