MLB: Texas 6, Baltimore 4

BALTIMORE, April 27 (UPI) -- Michael Young hit a two-run homer Monday to lead the Texas Rangers to a 6-4 victory over the Baltimore Orioles.

David Murphy had two RBI and scored a run and Taylor Teagarden had one RBI and one run for the Rangers, who took three of four games in the long weekend series.

Winning pitcher Matt Harrison (1-2) allowed four runs on seven hits in seven innings.

Brian Roberts had two RBI for the Orioles, who have lost four of their last six games.

Jeremy Guthrie started for Baltimore and allowed three runs on six hits in five innings. Matt Albers (0-1) was charged with the loss after giving up three runs on three hits with two walks while recording just two outs in the sixth inning.
