NBA: San Antonio 105, Dallas 84

SAN ANTONIO, April 21 (UPI) -- Tony Parker had 38 points -- 27 in the first half -- and the San Antonio Spurs routed Dallas 105-84 to even their Western Conference quarterfinal series at 1-1.

Parker was 16-of-22 from the field and handed out eight assists. Tim Duncan finished with 13 points and 11 rebounds, Drew Gooden had 13 points and Roger Mason scored 12 for the Spurs, who dropped the series opener Saturday 105-97.

Jason Terry led Dallas with 16 points while Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd scored 14 each. Nowitzki sustained a thumb injury and shot just 3-of-14 from the floor.

Game 3 is set for Thursday in Dallas.
