CLEVELAND, April 21 (UPI) -- LeBron James had 29 points and 13 rebounds Tuesday, triggering Cleveland's 94-82 win over Detroit for a 2-0 lead in the Eastern quarterfinals.
Mo Williams had 21 points and seven assists for the Cavaliers, who beat the Pistons for the sixth straight time in the playoffs. Delonte West added 20 points for Cleveland.
Richard Hamilton scored 17 points for the Pistons. Rodney Stuckey added 14 points and Will Bynum 13 points.
Game 3 of the best-of-seven series is set for Friday in Detroit.
