BRIDGEVIEW, Ill., April 19 (UPI) -- Two goals by Josh Wolff in the final 12 minutes Saturday helped the Kansas City Wizards salvage a 2-2 MLS tie with the Chicago Fire.
Wolff's first goal, in the 78th minute, halved Kansas City's 2-0 deficit. His second, in the 89th minute, gave the Wizards a point in the Western Conference standings against one of Major League Soccer's top teams.
Kansas City goalkeeper Kevin Hartman made six saves.
The game's first goal was scored by Brian McBride in the 13th minute. Hartman collided with a defender and the ball caromed to Wilman Conde, who found McBride with a pass that McBride drove into the net from about 20 yards out.
McBride scored again in the 20th minute, giving Chicago a 2-0 advantage.
During stoppage time, Chris Rolfe was denied by Hartman on a game-winning try.
