Tommie Harris' wife dies

HOUSTON, April 19 (UPI) -- Houston forward Brian Ching scored in the 20th minute and the Dynamo held on Sunday for a 1-0 Major League Soccer victory over the Colorado Rapids.
The win was the first this season for Houston (1-2-2).
Ching scored on a shot into the top of the net, beating Colorado goalkeeper Preston Burpo.
Colorado (2-2-1) had a chance to tie the contest on a penalty shot late in the match, but Pat Onstad stopped the attempt by Conor Casey.
