NBA: Chicago 113, Charlotte 106

CHICAGO, April 12 (UPI) -- Ben Gordon's 39 points Saturday helped the Chicago Bulls capture a 113-106 win over the Charlotte Bobcats, their fourth straight victory.

Chicago moved a full game ahead of eighth-place Detroit in the Eastern Conference playoff picture after the Pistons suffered a 106-102 loss to the Indiana Pacers.

The Bulls are one-half game behind sixth-place Philadelphia.

Derrick Rose scored 22 points with seven assists. The Bulls' John Salmons scored 19 with three rebounds and three assists, while Joakim Noah added 11 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists.

Raymond Felton's 26 points and seven assists paced Charlotte. Boris Diaw had 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Emeka Okafor ended with 13 points and 14 rebounds for the Bobcats, who have lost two in a row and five of six overall.
