Arbitrators rule against Orioles pitcher Bergesen

MEMPHIS, April 7 (UPI) -- Travis Outlaw banked in the go-ahead basket with 13.3 seconds left Tuesday, completing Portland's 96-93 rally win over Memphis.
Portland, which trailed by as many as 18 points in the game, is a half-game behind Houston for the fourth seed in the West after its fifth victory in six games.
Brandon Roy scored eight of his 24 points in the final 2 minutes. Rudy Fernandez and LaMarcus Aldridge each added 15 points for Portland.
O.J. Mayo led Memphis with 31 points but missed a game-tying three-pointer at the buzzer. Rudy Gay had 19 points before fouling out late.
