Four Braves relief pitchers supported Jurrjens' (1-0) performance to complete the shutout. Jurrjens scattered four hits.

Losing pitcher Jamie Moyer (0-1) gave up four runs, including two in the first inning, on eight hits in five innings.

Ryan Howard and Chase Utley each had two hits, but the defending champion Phillies left 11 men on base and have scored just one run in their first two games.
