Cibulkova easy opening-round winner

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., April 6 (UPI) -- Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia was a 6-2, 6-2 first-round winner over Romanian Edina Gallovits Monday at the inaugural MPS Group Championships in Florida.

Ukrainian Alona Bondarenko beat Indian Sania Mirza 6-4, 6-3.

Fourteen-year-old American wild card Madison Keys, making her WTA Tour debut, defeated Russian Alla Kudryavtseva 7-5, 6-4.
