ANAHEIM, Calif., April 4 (UPI) -- The missing father-in-law of Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. was found Saturday morning, Anaheim, Calif., police said.
Enrique "Henry" Guzman, 67, was found coming back into the United States at the Mexican border crossing near Calexico, police said in a news release. Officials said Guzman, who has Alzheimer's disease, displayed symptoms of confusion.
He was found in his 1994 Blue Chevrolet Camaro, which was last seen Wednesday at a Union 76 gas station in Anaheim. Winslow and his wife, Janelle, have been notified that Guzman was safe and healthy, the report said.
The tight end had appealed to the public Friday through the police and EAG Sports Management, which represents him, for help in finding his father-in-law.
Before the family emergency, Winslow had said he planned to attend the Buccaneers' voluntary mini-camp next week. However, he made no mention Saturday of his future plans.
