NBA: Minnesota 108, New Jersey 99

MINNEAPOLIS, March 29 (UPI) -- Mike Miller and Ryan Gomes helped Minnesota end a seven-game losing streak Sunday, combining for 43 points in a 108-99 Timberwolves win over New Jersey.

Miller totaled 22 points and Gomes had 21. Rodney Carney scored 19 and Kevin Love 16 in just the third Timberwolves win in their last 21 games.

The Nets' Vince Carter topped all scorers with 36 points.

Devin Harris had 19 points and Jianlian Yi and Brook Lopez scored 10 points each for New Jersey, which has dropped four straight contests.
