NBA: Atlanta 86, Los Angeles Lakers 76

ATLANTA, March 29 (UPI) -- Mike Bibby hit five 3-point shots for Atlanta Sunday en route to an 86-76 Hawks victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.

Bibby was 5-for-6 from 3-point range and finished with 21 points.

Flip Murray had 14 points, and Joe Johnson connected on just 4-of-18 shots and finished with 10 points for Atlanta.

Pau Gasol scored 21 points for the Western Conference top-seeded Lakers, who had won their previous five games. Kobe Bryant added 17 points for Los Angeles.
